Dr. Batya Macadam-Somer is a violinist and violist based in San Diego, California. She performs a diverse range of genres and has performed throughout the USA, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and Europe. She also enjoys singing and has been incorporating her voice into her projects more recently. Her work centers around collaboration and experimentation. She is interested in creating pieces that provide some kind of dialogue between personal and collective perspectives.
